My first post!

OK, so I'm new to this whole blogging thing. I like to write and sometimes its kinda funny. So here is a little about myself to start. I have a little daughter named Bella! I know what your thinking... twilight... and yes I am a huge fan of the movies and an even bigger fan of the books but I did not name her after the character. I am not that clique but unfortunately the name that I had planned years before she even existed just happened to boom right as she was born. You see, I am a huge Disney freak, part of the "cult" you might say.I got the name from my favorite Disney princess Belle.

Bella is now 16 months and its been a roller coaster. When she was only two days old we found out she had three different heart defects. She had surgery when she was only a week old. She is doing very well now but as all mothers know your first child you are overprotective, anxious, and worry about everything. When you add a serious medical condition on top of that some may think you can be a little psychotic. I am still working on it.

I work part time at nights and weekends at an upscale department store that will remain nameless. I enjoy being home with my daughter during the day while my husband is at work and I didn't want to put my daughter in daycare so young. I have a evil manager that is destined to make every one's life a living hell. We are required to maintain an hourly sales goal and if my manager falls behind she takes it upon herself to steal every ones sales. Not to mention all the horrible things she says behind peoples backs. She is by far the very worst manager I have every had, and I've had some pretty bad managers. Can you tell I just got off work?

Well that's a little about me for now.
Goodnight and sweet dreams.

  1. Your little Bella is adorable, and thank you so much for your sweet sweet comment on my blog. Would you believe that we were in Lisle this past weekend? My husband sells arborist equipment and the arboretum was hosting the International Tree Climbing Championship. Small world!
